At MML, we excel in the daily preparation of all food for both national and expatriate, senior and junior staff and the compilation of our daily menus on site always take into consideration any and all individual nutritional requirements, the general preferences of the staff body and current international nutritional guidelines.
Our Goal
We are fully aware that on our remote sites, we are catering for a group of people who are far from home and often engage in work that is mainly repetitive, and as such, food provides the only break in monotony. Knowing this, we strive to cater to the needs of the individual and in so doing, we have proved over the years, that our efficiency, and productivity actually increases in line with the increased customer satisfaction.
Remote Camp Food Preparation
Our food preparation services are wholly inclusive and start with the sourcing and purchase of all necessary fresh produce and dry goods, of the required standard. The supply of these quality products comes either from our wholesale suppliers or from our local supply partners.
Our kitchens are supervised by trained chefs, all of whom have experience in the preparation of food to international standards of hygiene and nutrition, notwithstanding the constraints presented by the remoteness of the sites or the individual requirements of the site residents.
