Gardening and Camp Maintenance

Although gardening does not always feature in the list of required services, MML has extensive experience in the planting and cultivation of new green areas and the maintenance of existing green areas including golf courses, if applicable. MML also has experience in the restoration of land used or effected by the client’s activities.

MML also encourages and assists with the introduction of fruit and vegetable nurseries through the supply of seeds to the local population, with the objective that they may become our suppliers. This forms part of our local sustainability program.

MMLs maintenance services range from the daily upkeep and maintenance of all outside terraces, covered walkways, pathways and driveways to corrective and preventative maintenance.

Corrective Maintenance (CP) - Maintenance jobs performed in order to repair faults, they are generally not planned but carried out on a “needs must” basis.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) - Programmed maintenance jobs performed in order to prevent faults from occurring (direct PM), or to identify potential faults before they develop into a breakdown (indirect PM).

Essential Care and Condition Monitoring (ECCM) - Preventative Maintenance to monitor the behaviour of specific equipment when not performing well or often having breakdowns.
