Highly motivated with a proven ability to develop people and commercialize all aspects of a business. Experienced in converting every opportunity into success and of driving profit and growth. Well networked and successful in implementing business process improvements, defining company direction, achieving goals, change and optimising business procedures. Tiffany has a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Buckingham University located in the United Kingdom.

Kris Satchu

Operations Director - Tanzanian National

The Operations brain of the company with a vast experience in remote sites, working with a hands on approach to each role assigned over the three decades in the catering and camp management industry. Management of the daily operations of the head office and various catering projects to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service, that is consistent, is delivered at all levels of MML. An integral and irreplaceable member of the team who has shown his loyalty to the staff and Company time and again over the last 30 years. Although he is a man of few words, he is valued for his honesty, his modesty and patience by his business partner, his employees, clients and colleagues, not forgetting his friends and family.

Amiri Waziri

Chief Accountant - Tanzanian National

A certified public accountant CPA (T). Responsible for the smooth, day-to-day running of all accounting, taxation, budgeting, and costing in the head office. A timely, meticulous part of the head office , responsible for meeting the necessary deadlines. A skilled and growing part of the office in tax planning, forecasting and decision making, which contributes to the welfare of MML. A young, growing and talented team player committed to the company and his responsibilities.

Samson Makombe

Human Resources Manager - Tanzanian National

A valuable personality who is hard working, capable and determined, loyal to the company in all his responsibilities, having risen through the ranks of our numerous catering projects within MML over the last 30 years. Has excellent people-management skills in valuing the rights and requirements of the employees to ensure a peaceful and harmonious teamwork. Responsible in all employee related matters with employment records, government related taxes , social security funds and compensation funds. A stalwart member of the company with a huge knowledge of the company history and fortunate to have played a major part of the history.

Morris Komba

Senior Camp Manager - Tanzanian National

Despite his humble beginnings, Morris has always looked to educate himself and fulfill his thirst for knowledge throughout his career. He has achieved several qualifications that add to his already bulging résumé in the hospitality industry, including a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Intec College of South Africa as an example. His easy going, always smiling, interactive and sociable nature makes him popular with everyone he deals with; be it at the top end of the clients’ administration to the lower ranks of the working people he mingles with on a day to day basis at work. He enjoys challenges in his work and will always strive to learn from mistakes to improve the services leaving a distinct impression on the client that we are dedicated to satisfying and fulfilling their needs.

Omari Iddi Seif

Site Manager - Tanzanian National

Started his career with us as an on the job trainee with the store keeping team. Was an integral part of the procurement team and has managed stock controls, purchasing and supplies to MMLs remote sites. Has been part of a growing team of leaders who has had a hand in most of MMLs major catering and associated services projects filling different roles and, ultimately, to lead the remote facilities projects independently. Has great human resources skills in recruitment and ability to detect and utilize each employees potentials. Excellent communication and representation skills on behalf of the company. A passionate and loyal member of the team who takes his responsibility very seriously.

Moses Kindolo

Purchasing Manager - Tanzanian National

Achieved NBMM (National Board of Management & Material) certification whilst working for MML. Proficient in stock control, procurement practices and budget planning for remote site projects. A great team player whose main ability is to lead a team on a catering contract independently. Is entrusted with great financial responsibility in cash transactions and transparent returns. Finally is one of the most trusted, loyal and independent seniors who can make decisions on behalf of the company and for the benefit of the company.
