We have a workplace discrimination and harassment policy program which includes all reasonable steps necessary to assure that the workplace discrimination and harassment policy commitment will be complied with by our management and employees, as well as by all third parties working with us on all projects or contracts including agents, consultants, consortium partners, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Each manager in the Company has the responsibility for ensuring that the policy is made known to all employees for whom they are responsible and that compliance with the policy is maintained and that they refer any matter to the appropriate higher level in cases where they are unsure of the appropriate decision.
